Payments made through our platform are processed securely through third-party providers such as Razorpay. We do not store your full payment details. All payments are subject to processing policies of the payment provider. Any chargebacks, failed transactions, or additional bank or currency fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, or changes are subject to the terms of airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa offices, and other third-party providers involved in the booking. Right View Tourism does not control or influence third-party refund timelines, policies, or decisions. Service charges, consultation charges, visa-processing fees, and administrative fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Travel itineraries, visa processing times, confirmations, and other travel-related services depend on external institutions and authorities. We do not guarantee approval of any visa or permit. Any refusal, delay, or cancellation by embassy or immigration authorities is beyond our control and does not qualify for a refund unless stated by the relevant authority or provider.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including a passport, visa, insurance, health certificates, and any required approvals. Right View Tourism is not responsible for losses due to failure to meet immigration or travel requirements.
We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, delay, cancellation, injury, accident, financial loss, or event caused by airlines, hotels, government restrictions, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or any situation outside our control.
